Former LIV Golf star Pat Perez has put his luxurious Scottsdale, Arizona mansion on the market for $12.75 million. The modern four-bedroom, six-bathroom property spans 10,000 square feet and offers breathtaking views of the Arizona desert.

Property Highlights

Located in the private hills of Lost Canyon, the home features a sleek, modern design and top-tier amenities:

  • Outdoor Pool & Jacuzzi – Perfect for relaxation
  • Multi-Sport Court – Ideal for sports enthusiasts
  • Home Cinema & Game Room – Entertainment at its finest
  • Garage for Eight Cars – Includes AC and car lift capabilities
  • Walk-In Closet – Designed to display Perez’s impressive sneaker collection
  • Detached Guest House – Provides added comfort and privacy

Built in 2000, the estate also includes a sunken conversation pit, pizza oven, and multiple walking paths—all set against the stunning desert backdrop.

Perez’s Transition to Broadcasting

After not being re-signed by LIV Golf for the 2025 season, Perez has shifted his focus to broadcasting. Speaking on the Fairway to Heaven podcast, he admitted:

“I thought I’d be playing this year, but things changed. Now I’m looking forward to learning the ropes from experienced broadcasters like Jerry Foltz and David Feherty.”

Perez earned approximately $10 million during his time with LIV Golf, where he competed alongside top players like Dustin Johnson and Phil Mickelson. Now, as he steps into a new chapter, his stunning Scottsdale mansion is ready for its next owner.
